This blitz is almost a nano-esque blitz. Go to 4-2-5 bear MLB blitz. The only thing you need to do is manually control MLB and move him into position between the DT((lines up directly in front of Center)) and DE ((lines up directly in front of Guard. Turbo blitz straight down and you should get very nice pressure on him. Works very well. Lemme know how it works for you.
