There are a lot of ways to stop a mobile QB, but some of them are too risky, and others aren't risky enough. When you play a QB like TP2, it's important to learn how to combat the user whether they scramble or pocket pass with him. Normally you'd just throw some contains in and a spy and that'd be it, but with him he can pass and run well so it's better to not give him a lot of time. I like to run some zone or man blitzes and spy a safety to match his speed and overload the other side. Another thing you have to be able to do is not sell out on the run to stop the QB from scrambling. The nickel normal prowl plays work great against doing this with the Dline standing and the different plays that they allow with the zones and man coverage combinations.
