User catching is probably one of the most effective ways to beat both man and zone without having to use a certain play. All it is is holding or tapping Y or Triangle. Tapping it allows for a better catch animation and chance of catching it, but its all about timing. Holding it allows you to not worry about messing up by tapping it, but it slows your player down as you hold it. If you can learn to be great at user catching, you can easily beat man or zone.

learn to rocket catching is even better. Toliver for LSU is the best or AJ Green. Use them and they are unstopable.

I always wondered when it was better to hold and when it was better to tap for the spec catch... So apparently holding just slows and tapping makes prone to injury...? Is this right? Also, there seems to be no way to user dive and catch or any of the other nice little snags the computer can make, correct??
