One of my favorite passing plays out of this formation. It opens up the passing game out of a running formation usually showing it'll be against the blitz. No setup at all, just scan the field and you'll have an easy completion. If you read zone, check down to the HB running the 7 route, or if you read blitz, check down to the FB. If you see zone, you don't HAVE to hit that HB, but it seems to be easier and you get an easy medium gain from it.
